The Barn is 5000 square feet and can accommodate larger weddings for ceremony and reception. There are mini split heating and cooling units for added comfort. There  is outdoor ceremony space available overlooking beautiful rolling agricultural land and we boast the most beautiful sun sets around. Peak season runs from March to May and September through November. 

You get the day before and after for free giving you plenty of time for set up and clean up so you can just enjoy your special day stress free. 

 

Peak Season pricing is: $4500

$500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to hold date. Balance is due 30 days before wedding date. There is a $500 refundable Damage/Clean deposit due at onset of set up and will be returned right after the post event walk through if everything is cleaned up and no damages found. 

 

Off season Pricing is: $3500

Included in price: Use of 12 6' rectangle tables, 26 60" round tables, 375 white chairs, barn wood buffet, barn wood and tin bar, various arbors, barrel, old spool, and access to our massive decor collection that will save you thousands. We have everything you need for a beautiful wedding in your chosen style.  ​
